Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for applicable bank charges, taxes, import duties, customs fees, and other costs associated with importing products into the destination country.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery arrangements will be agreed upon for each order based on the customer’s requirements and the applicable commercial terms.

Depending on the agreement, shipping may be arranged through international freight, sea freight, air freight, courier services, or other logistics solutions.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances beyond ELOVA’s reasonable control, including:

  • Shipping delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Port congestion

  • Weather conditions

  • Material shortages

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

If products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed specifications, customers should notify ELOVA as soon as reasonably possible and provide supporting information, including photographs, videos, order details, and a description of the issue.

ELOVA will review the claim and, where appropriate, work with the customer to determine a reasonable solution.

Because our products are handcrafted, minor differences in color, texture, dimensions, and appearance may occur and may not qualify as defects.
